No. Every fee is listed upfront. The only additional costs are insurance (which you arrange directly with your preferred provider) and placement loans if applicable. We do not mark up any third-party fees.

Unlimited replacement within 6 months of placement if the match does not work out for either party. Admin fees apply to cover documentation and processing costs for the replacement. The replacement guarantee does not cover cases where the employer terminates the helper without valid cause.

SIP is mandatory for first-time FDWs coming to Singapore. However, it is waived for helpers who have previously worked in Singapore. We will confirm whether SIP applies based on your helper's employment history.

Yes — insurance is not included in our packages. MOM requires employers to purchase medical insurance and personal accident insurance for their FDW. We can advise you on suitable options but the policy is taken out directly between you and your chosen insurer.

Transfer helpers (already in Singapore) typically take 1–2 weeks. Fresh helpers from Indonesia or Myanmar take 2–6 weeks. Filipino helpers take 4–8 weeks due to embassy processing requirements. For experienced employers with specific requirements, timelines may be longer as we source carefully rather than quickly.

A placement loan is a loan taken by the helper (not the employer) to cover their agency fees in their home country. It is repaid through monthly salary deductions. We will explain this clearly before any commitment is made.
