Hiring Process
Step 1 – Submit your requirements
Fill in our online form or simply whatsapp us your requirements. Our consultants can provide advice on the pros and cons of each kind of helper (e.g. fresh vs transfer). We can also educate you on the many MOM regulations such as stay home notice, FDW insurance, mandatory rest day etc.
Step 2 – Sourcing for your helper begins
Based on your unique requirements, we will start screening potential helpers from our database and matching their biodatas with your unique requirements.
Step 3 – Schedule interview
We will shortlist biodatas that we assess to be most suitable for you. These biodatas will be sent to you via email or whatsapp. Should you wish to interview the helper, we can assist to arrange interview for you – interview can be done via whatsapp video call or in-person (if the helper is already in Singapore).
Step 4 – Starting the application
Once you have selected your choice of helper, our consultants will handle the paperwork for the application.

Step 5 - Sending the domestic helper for medical examination and the Settling-in Programme for first-time domestic helper; Attending the mandatory Ministry of Manpower Employer’s Orientation Programme
MOM has mandated several programmes which employers and first-time domestic helpers have to attend. These include pre-employment medical checkups for helpers, periodic medical examinations and Settling-In Programme for new helpers. First time employers are also required to attend an Employee Orientation Programme Employers For these tasks, customers can save time by allowing our consultants to assist in arranging.

PHILIPPINES
Philippines is one of the longest-standing source countries for helpers in Singapore. Filipino helpers are known to speak good English and easily adapt to Singapore’s culture.
INDONESIA
Indonesian helpers have a reputation of being diligent and highly teachable. There is also a diverse range of experience – Christian helpers, helpers for Muslim families, and some are even able to speak Mandarin due to prior experience in Taiwan or Hong Kong.
MYANMAR
Myanmar helpers have been slowly and steadily penetrating the FDW & caregiver market in Singapore. They are known for their willingness to learn and to work hard.
NORTHEASTERN INDIA
Northeast India is an up-and-coming source country for helpers, specifically the state of Mizoram. The population is mainly of the Christian faith and speak good English.
